Infrastructure and Residency
User data is maintained exclusively within Paint Doctors LLC infrastructure. No external vendor, third-party service provider, or outside organization participates in the development, operation, or maintenance of this system.
Permitted Use
Paint Doctors LLC retains the right to utilize project materials — including photographs, renders, color specifications, and consultation records — for internal marketing and advertising purposes only. No other use is authorized.
Data Protection
- User data is never sold, licensed, or shared with external parties
- No subscription, payment processing, or financial collection occurs within this tool
- Sensitive personal information — credit card numbers, passwords, or payment credentials — must never be entered into this system
- Any sensitive data appearing in system records is removed upon detection

Service Offering
Paint Guru is provided free of charge. No account creation, registration, or payment is required.
Photo Requirements and Scope
Users may upload only photographs of their own projects. Paint Guru performs color modification on paintable surfaces visible in submitted images. The tool recolors existing surfaces only — it does not add elements, remove elements, or introduce content not present in the original photograph.
Render Accuracy and Limitations
Rendered output is a visual preview for color selection purposes. Finished paint appearance varies based on lighting conditions, surface sheen, texture, and finish application. Renders serve as a guide; they do not guarantee exact color reproduction in the completed project.
Ownership and Rights
Paint Doctors LLC owns and retains complete rights to Paint Guru and all output generated through its use, without limitation. User submission and use of this tool constitutes acceptance of these terms.
User Responsibility
Do not transmit card numbers, payment information, or credentials through this interface. Limited personal identifiers such as first names are acceptable; financial or authentication data are not.
